Enjoy the Silence

Vector 2 of 3 from my offline time

I've been wanting to try out something with dreadlocks for a while and although this is just a silohette (sp?) I kinda dig it. Would like to try doing dread locks again.

I've been really enjoying doing vectors with adding high contrasts to the original and using only a few colours to achieve the end result.

I'm trying to either be more creative or trying to get away from the original as much as possible with using different colours.

Also been playing with vector textures... this is just a simple pattern on multiply @ maybe 3 or 5% - I can't remember. Wanted to give a subtle textured paper effect. Also added some radial gradients on low opacity to give a dulled effect in parts.

I'm very happy with the result of this.
