I wanted to do another conceptual one as I feel a bit guilty uploading so many not as creative vectors and need to push my mind a bit.

So I decided to just get one stock image and work from it... ended up using 3 stock images!

I went for a follow on from my favourite piece I've done which is called No School Tomorrow. This is what happened maybe 200 years after that event/concept.

I was gonna put what this is about, but I'll see if anyone gets anything from it to see how well I put across the concept in this one.

I'm very proud of this one :D

As per, proud to say 100% vector :)

Tutorial to follow this week on how to do clouds/smog like this :)

Edit: Made the lines on the man and wings stand out more than before :)

I love when people combine several pieces of stock to combine a whole new picture, and I love even more when there's an actual idea or concept behind it. And lastly, I love that this is a follow-up to one of your previous vectors, and how the two combined tell a story.
I keep staring at the background and wonder how it can be vector. :giggle: To me, the way it creates a gradient going from grey to light blue emphasizes your whole "200 years later" idea. Like there's hope. Of course the one loose butterfly adds to it and makes me wonder if the person behind the gas mask would be able to survive if he/she took it off. Then again, he/she has wings. Could he be an angel? Is it possible the event you refer to has occurred in heaven?
Now I could drift off and talk about religion, but that would be taking it a little too far I believe. I also don't think I need to discuss your vector abilities, you're great at it!
This is a great piece that I very much enjoy, great job!
