I could easily get addicted to doing this style hehehe

I thought I would try the comic book style again to prove it wasn't a fluke to myself - and I think I have done that :D

A HUGE thank you to `arachnid15 for letting me yet again use his fantastic photography as a reference. The photo I used was [link] <<< go see it, go favourite it. It has to be one of my favourite photos by him. :hug:

I think what I want to try next is putting a series of this style images into maybe a pseudo comic strip - maybe a bit Sin City ish - I dunno - who knows! I have the next 9 days off work, so expect more :D

PS: The title is from The Rasmus - In The Shadows... useless information here. I tend to download all my music, but back in 2004 when my puter was out of order, I heard 20 seconds of In The Shadows on an advert and went ahead and bought the album without hearing anything else. Dead Letters was the only CD I bought that year.

I've been meaning to comment on your 'Steven' works for days now! What I love most about your style is that no matter what way you go with it you're always true to the reference piece. You captured Steven's amazing photography and breathed a different kind of life into it. It's so animated to begin with... I fell head over heels in love with this one. The more comic look suits it, especially this image with its intense change from light to dark. It just works.

Beautiful work as always! I just don't tell you that often enough. :love: :+fav:
