I love all kinds of veggies, but no salad. Love seaweed, all kinds of tofu. Not big on sweets, soft drinks or alcohol. Drink tea all the time. Love korean BBQ, not sure if it's that healthy, but girls need iron once in a while.
Good for you!! I know how hard it can be to try to lose some weight and eat healthier. I've been working on it for about a year now and I've come to this conclusion: healthy meals are awful. They simply can't compare to chocolate, custards, cakes, pasta, deep fried anything, and large portions. I have not found a healthy meal that can satisfy my desires for eating poorly... but I also don't want to die young of heart disease so healthy eating here i come! I do believe that if you retrain your mind all of a sudden healthy food can be appealing. My fave is roasted chicken breast with fresh tomatoes. Just that Healthy and doesn't involve cooking!
Turkish style flatbread, or if you're really wanting to be healthy, thin par-baked pizza base with a spoonful of crushed basil and BBQ sauce on the bottom, then baby spinach, then sliced mushrooms, then some shredded roasted chicken...
Now, I LOVE dark meat, so I chop up leg and thigh meat but obviously breast is better!
Then sliced cherry tomatoes, then thin slices of Philadelphia cheese. Bung the whole thing in the oven for 15 mins until the tomatoes start to bubble and blister. Take out, chop and eat, eat, eat.
