I ran a poll today... which one of these, if any, is 100% vector?

Well this is to prove a point... and the point is that infact one of them is 100% vector and the other is a vector image with a raster texture on it... and you too can make a vector with a texture on it which will be 100% vector.
I used the following for this video:
(which includes stock from: [link] [link] and several of my own brushes)
Apologies for the sound quality - this is a new computer and I can't find the software I used to use.
And at the end of the tutorial, you will find the answer to the poll.
